SEO Specialist

Our Novi Sad team is searching for an Experienced SEO Specialist to join our creative and diverse team
and environment.

Key Responsibilities for our SEO Specialist:

  • Manage multiple SEO campaigns and accounts for clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and oversee the client experience
  • Develop strategies to improve and expand the client base
  • Develop strategies for reaching organic search goals for all clients
  • Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies with clearly defined KIPs for each project
  • Collaboration with the website development and content teams to create content that is SEO-
    optimized for websites
  • Monitor and check search terms, ranking, and analytics to ensure top performance for clients
  • Make recommendations for improvements
  • Help with conversion optimization of client campaigns
  • Analyze data
  • Stay up-to-date with Google updates, and trends and work on improvement of all campaigns

What you bring:

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in the same position (SEO Specialist).
  • Solid understanding and experience in projects and processes across the digital spectrum.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of maintaining and building new
    client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in link building, backlink analysis, and keyword research
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of content development and optimization
  • Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Excellent organizational skills and in-depth reporting and analysis
  • Working knowledge of Excel Sheets and Google Docs
  • Willingness to learn about other areas and fields in the marketing mix and how it all fits together
